M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s8\">\u2022 <\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Los estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda de la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">instituci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">fungieron como auxiliares durante el concurso, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">quienes recibieron<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">un certificado con valor curricular al finalizar las actividades<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s11\">\n<p><span class=\"s12\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Santiago de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s12\"><span href=\"https:\/\/uvm.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Universidad del Valle de M\u00e9xico (UVM)<\/span><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uvm.mx\/la-uvm\/campus\/queretaro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">campus class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">l compromiso que mantiene por brindar a los estudiantes una experiencia formativa integral para reforzar sus competencias laborales y personales durante su etapa de formaci\u00f3n profesional, fue sede de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">la inauguraci\u00f3n de la<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> semifinal, para la<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">octava<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">edici\u00f3n del concurso \u201c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">El <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Cocinero del <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">A<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u00f1o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> en su octava edici\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> ceremonia de apertura<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">cont\u00f3 con la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">asistencia<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Adriana Vega<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, secretari<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> de Turismo del estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">; la chef<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> Eva Garc\u00eda, directora del certamen \u201cEl Cocinero del A\u00f1o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">y por la <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uvm.mx\/la-uvm\/campus\/queretaro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">UVM Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">estuvieron presentes Fernando Murgu\u00eda, director de Servicios Administrativos, y Sayuri Yamaguchi, directora Acad\u00e9mica de Educaci\u00f3n Superior<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, ambos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">en representaci\u00f3n de la rectora <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">del campus, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Miriam P\u00e9rez<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">En <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">esta octava edici\u00f3n del<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> evento particip<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u00f3<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> tambi\u00e9n el chef Jorge Obreg\u00f3n, quien acudi\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n de Hugo Giovanni D\u00edaz, y que junto con la secretaria y la directora del certamen entregaron la medalla al M\u00e9rito Tur\u00edstico Panamericano <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Miguel Torruco Marqu\u00e9s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> a H\u00e9ctor Gabriel Ceballos, director del Programa Internacional de Consultor\u00eda en Ecoturismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">En colaboraci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, la semifinal regional del concurso se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante el 12 y 13 de marzo, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de cocineros de Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Michoac\u00e1n, San Luis Potos\u00ed y del estado sede. El comit\u00e9 t\u00e9cnico evalu\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 100 recetas, de las cuales seleccion\u00f3 las 10 mejores para participar en la semifinal del evento. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">La<\/span><\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/uvm.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">UVM<\/span><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> abri\u00f3 sus puertas para que<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">durante el<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> concurso, se impart<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">ieran<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> clases magistrales, talleres y conferencias <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">sobre gastronom\u00eda<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">mismas que est<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">uvieron<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">abiertas para todos los asistentes <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">al evento<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">as\u00ed como <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">la participaci\u00f3n de un mercado de artesanos y productores de queso <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">locales<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, con la finalidad de dar a conocer los alimentos de la zona y apoyar la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos elaborados por peque\u00f1os y medianos empresarios. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u201cEstamos muy orgullosos de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">tener<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> la oportunidad de ser <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">sede de un concurso tan importante para la promoci\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda mexicana.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> Adem\u00e1s, nuestra participaci\u00f3n en <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">este foro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> nos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">permite<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> continuar ofreciendo educaci\u00f3n de calidad a toda la comunidad estudiantil de la <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uvm.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Universidad del Valle de M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/span><\/a><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> a trav\u00e9s de distintas iniciativas,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> por lo cual <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">nuestros estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">fungieron<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> como <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">auxiliares <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">para los jueces, chef<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> invitados y <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">participantes<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> durante los dos d\u00edas del concurso,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> recibiendo un certificado con valor curricular<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> al t\u00e9rmino de las <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">actividades<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">\u201d, mencion\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">Sayuri Yamaguchi<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">directora de Educaci\u00f3n Superior<\/span><\/span><span Pachuca, Hidalgo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, quien fue anunciado en una ceremonia de clausura<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">de esta etapa <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">el d\u00eda 13 de marzo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">se hizo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> acreedor<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\"> al
